**Q: What if my package is delayed or marked as delivered, but I haven't received it?**  
A: Please check around your property, porch, parcel locker, building reception, and with neighbors. If you still cannot locate your package, contact the local shipping carrier with your tracking number, or email us with your order details so we can assist.

A: We offer a **30-day return policy** for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, in their original condition, and in complete factory packaging.

**Q: Are sealed collectibles or trading card products returnable?**  
A: For authenticity and collectible reasons, sealed collectible dolls, blind boxes, and card products must remain **factory sealed** to qualify for a return. Once unsealed or opened, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless confirmed defective.

**Q: Who pays for return shipping?**  
* **Defective or Store Error:** We will provide a pre-paid return solution or label.
* **Personal Reasons (Change of Mind):** The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

**Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?**  
A: Once we receive and inspect your returned package, approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within **5–10 business days**.
